Spreadsheet sync working EXCEPT when all dates selected, it refuses to sync. Any suggestions?

You can start by refreshing your existing report or template to ensure that when you select all dates, data will sync properly.

 

To do this, go to Refresh in the toolbar and choose Current Sheet to set new data filters.

 

Also, I'd like to verify if you receive an error message when posting data to QBO using a transaction template (such as invoices and bills or purchase & sales receipts). Errors can happen if the data doesn’t meet the required criteria. If they've been manually added or uploaded to QuickBooks using a Spreadsheet Sync list template such as Accounts or Invoice Items, criteria are validated.
