Let's ensure that you have the latest update of the system so it can keep up with the new fixes and features. You can use this link for more details: Update QuickBooks Desktop to the latest release.
Then, you can run the Verify and Rebuild Data Utility to look into issues of the reports. Then, run the report again.
- Go to the Reports menu
- Choose Jobs, Time & Mileage.
- Select Time by Job Summary.
By default, the report is grouped by jobs or name. Feel free to visit this page about QuickBooks Desktop moving to QuickBooks Online.
