This report can no longer be filtered by name, as the report just shows blank.

Hello there, DAWSONH2002.

 

Let's ensure that you have the latest update of the system so it can keep up with the new fixes and features. You can use this link for more details: Update QuickBooks Desktop to the latest release.

 

Then, you can run the Verify and Rebuild Data Utility to look into issues of the reports. Then, run the report again. 

 

  1. Go to the Reports menu
  2. Choose Jobs, Time & Mileage. 
  3. Select Time by Job Summary.

By default, the report is grouped by jobs or name. Feel free to visit this page about QuickBooks Desktop moving to QuickBooks Online.
