The option to convert customer statements into Excel is unavailable. However, you can run the Statement List report to export it to Excel.
If you'll want to have a copy of the customer's statement, you can save it as a PDF file on your computer.
Here's how:
- In the Statements transaction, click Print or Preview at the bottom.
- Click the Print button.
- Click the Change tab under the Destination section.
- Choose Save as PDF.
- Click Save.
