HELLO HOW DO U SETUP SALES FOR 30 DAYS FROM STATEMENT..STATEMENT IS DRAWN AT THE END OFF EACH MONTH.

I can show you how to set up or create a statement showing your sales, @fastfleet4-gmail.

You can create a Transaction Statement that will list all transactions for the selected date range. It'll show you the amount received or your sales.

Follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Get paid & pay and select Customers.
  2. Click the checkboxes for the customers you want to make statements for.
  3. In the Batch actions dropdown, choose Create statements.
  4. In the Statement Type dropdown, select the customer statement type.
  5. Set the dates for the statements and the date range.
  6. Check the customer's email addresses.
  7. Once done, choose SaveSave and closeSave and send, or Print or Preview.

Once you're done, you can view your customer statements from the All Sales tab from your Transactions menu. Or customise it from the Account and settings. For detailed guidance on how to view it and check your customisation options for statements, see this article: Create and send customer statements in QuickBooks Online.

From here, you can go to your Sales page to check details about individual transactions in QuickBooks to help you further in managing sales transactions. See this article for more information: View sales transactions.

That should help you generate the statement that you need! If you need further guidance setting up your statement, let me know by leaving a reply below. Have a wonderful day!
