Thank you for reaching out to the Community. Let me provide you with some insight into changing the order of the accounts on your Profit and Loss in QuickBooks Online.
At the moment, being able to change the Profit and Loss report order isn't available. However, you can still customize the report manually by exporting it to Excel and rearranging the data according to your preferences.
To do that, here's how:
- Click on Reports.
- Search for Profit and Loss.
- At the top of the report, select the Export icon.
- Tick on Export to Excel.
- Save the file somewhere you can easily find, like your Downloads folder or your desktop.
From Excel, you’ll need to select Enable Editing to view and edit the full report.
