How to create batch statements for all learners per classroom and not per class filter

Hello there, @nazbin786. I'll share details on how we can create batch statements in QuickBooks Online.

We can follow the steps below to create batch statements for all learners per classroom.

  1. Go to the Sales menu on the left navigation bar.
  2. Select the Customers tab.
  3. Check the box beside the customers you want to make a statement.
  4. From the Batch actions drop-down, select Create statements
  5. Click the Statement Type drop-down to choose the statement you want to send.
  6. Fill in the date fields and hit Apply.
  7. Then click Save and Close or Save and send.

You can refer to this article for more details, especially on the type of statements you'll want to send to your customers: Create and send customer statements in QuickBooks Online.

I've also added this article if you want to personalise and add specific info to your sales forms: Customise invoices, quotes, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.

Feel free to post a reply if you have any other concerns or clarification. I'll be around. Have a good one!
