You can download any three types of customer statements in QuickBooks Online, and I'm here to guide you on how.
Follow the steps below:
- Navigate to Customers on the left menu.
- Locate the desired customer and select their name.
- Click the New Transaction ▼ dropdown menu and select Statement.
- Choose the appropriate statement type such as Balance Forward, Open Item, or Transaction Statement.
- Enter the necessary dates in the Date dropdown.
- Confirm the customer's email address, then click Save and Close.
- Select Print or Preview.
- To download the statement as a PDF, click the Download icon.
- Choose where you want to save the document on your computer, then select Save.
