QuickBooks offers a powerful capability that allows you to share reports between you and your client. I'm glad to provide some troubleshooting steps so your client can view the custom reports transparently.
Ensure that you set the Share with to All within your custom settings. This way, everyone who has access to this report can see it.

Once confirmed and the problem persists, I recommend that you let your client login to their account through an incognito window. Encountering this kind of issue is typically the result of outdated or corrupted cache files in your web browser. By doing this, we can see if it's browser-related. You can use the keyboard shortcuts below:
From there, let your client re-access the custom report to verify if they can see it transparently. If it works, please return them to their regular browser and press the CTRL+ Shift and Delete keys on their keyboard to clear the cache.
