In the latest experience in QuickBooks Online (QBO), the method for locating the statement number has changed. Previously, users could find this information through the Advanced Search feature. However, this option is no longer available, and now the only way to access the statement number is through the Customers tab.

You could also print and send customer statements directly from this section by clicking the option under the Action column. This feature helps you manage communication with your customers about their payments and balances.
