I truly appreciate your effort in revisiting this thread and providing additional insights to shed light on the current situation, AK_93.

There should be no problem if your client complies with the relevant rules and regulations and has all the necessary details set up correctly.

QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Beam are designed to facilitate superannuation payments for Australian employees, and they don't appear to have restrictions that would prevent someone overseas from managing these payments, provided the system is configured properly.

For example:

Beam integrates directly with QuickBooks Payroll, allowing automated super payments without needing an external portal.
Payments can be made via various methods like BPay, EFT, or direct debit, and the system supports tracking and compliance with Australian regulations.

However, it's worth confirming whether the authentication process, like SMS codes requires an Australian phone number. From the documentation, there’s no explicit mention of such a restriction, but it’s always a good idea to double-check with  Beam support to ensure smooth operation.

Moreover, you can create, view, and run reports using Beam in QuickBooks Online to see and manage your Super Payments.

Thank you once again, AK_93, for your continued engagement. I hope this provides the clarity you were seeking, and I'll be around to answer any queries you have.
