Hi @ben-miroconsulti,

.

Welcome to the Community. Let me help you with bulk-adding data in QuickBooks Online.

If you're referring to importing transaction data, the option is unavailable. Currently, you can only upload your Customers, Suppliers, Accounts, and Products and Services into the system.

You'll need to enter each transaction manually into the second bank account. Another workaround you can try is to search for a third-party application with the ability to import data on your behalf.

You can visit the App Center to search for applications though we can't suggest which one you should use. Here's how:

  1. Log into your QuickBooks account.
  2. On the left navigation bar, click Apps.
  3. Use the search bar or the Browse category option to find apps.

If you're trying to upload bank data to an account not connected to bank feeds, please follow these steps:

  1. Log into your bank's website.
  2. Download the bank transactions to your computer.
  3. Sign into your QuickBooks account.
  4. Go to the Banking menu or Transactions menu.
  5. Select the Banking tab.
  6. Click the Update ▼, then press File upload or Upload from file

I've also attached an article you can use to know more about data you can upload to QuickBooks: Common questions about importing data to QuickBooks Online.

Drop me a comment below if you have any other questions. I'll be happy to help you some more.

Hello there, @ben-miroconsulti.

I completely understand how important this feature on your business but as for now, this option is unavailable. However, you can manually add them as what you've done as a workaround.

Also, you can follow the steps provided by my colleague AlcaeusF if you're trying to upload your Customer, Suppliers, Accounts, and Products and Services into your system.

Good day, @ben-miroconsulti.

I'd like to start by thanking you for the video that you made regarding your concern for bank transactions with foreign currency. It gives me a better picture of this matter.

When it comes to the expense transactions that you're trying to add to the Expense page, these can't be added since they are the actual entries that you made in QBO.

You can match the expenses with the bank entries from the banking page. This is the reason you don't have the option to add them to that section.

On the other hand, when it comes to accepting multiple bank entries from the Banking page, the option to do this isn't possible. The system only allows you to add transactions in batch if they are using your home currency. For foreign currency, it needs to be added manually.

You'll need to manually expand each transaction to confirm the exchange rate to populate, then add them like what you did in the video.

Here's a link that you can visit in case you need more help with categorising and matching your bank entries: Learn how to review bank and credit card transactions after you download them into QuickBooks Online...

However, QBO integrates various applications that support this functionality. You may look for a third-party app to add the transactions with foreign currencies in bulk. You may refer to the instructions shared by my peer AlcaeusF above on how to do this.

Lastly, I hear you and realize the convenience this feature can have for you and your business. Know that our developers are constantly finding and considering new functionalities to be added to the system to cope with your accounting needs.

I'll be right here to assist you if you need anything else, @ben-miroconsulti. Just notify me by leaving a reply below. Take care!
