I need to either cancel or DEFER my subscription for QB which I paid for on Monday Dec. 5, 2023. I have been battling with flu and cough with the cold weather. This is my first time in fall/winter environment. I want the remaining subscription to continue in about 3 weeks from now that is January 2nd. You will notice that I have not been logging in.
Please advise do this for me.
