DEFERING MY SUBSCRIPTION FOR QBs

I need to either cancel or DEFER my subscription for QB which I paid for on Monday Dec. 5, 2023. I have been battling with flu and cough with the cold weather. This is my first time in fall/winter environment. I want the remaining subscription to continue in about 3 weeks from now that is January 2nd. You will notice that I have not been logging in.

Please advise do this for me.

DEFERING MY SUBSCRIPTION FOR QBs

I appreciate you for reaching out to us here on the Community page, @Michael.

As Fiat Lux-ASIA stated above, you can choose between cancelling your account or deferring your subscription since QuickBooks Online (QBO) will preserve your company data for 356 days following the cancellation date.

Follow the steps in case you're determined to cancel your account:

  1. Go to Settings and then select Account and Settings.
  2. Select the Billing and subscription tab.
  3. Click Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
  4. Follow the onscreen steps.

You can read through this article for additional information on this process: Cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription or trial.

On the other hand, you can also reach out to our Customer Care Team if you need additional assistance with the process.

Additionally, check out this article for your reference in resubscribing your QBO account: How to resubscribe to or reactivate QuickBooks Online.

Please let me know else I can assist you with managing your QBO subscription. I'm more than happy to help. Get well soon!
