I am a Chartered Accountant, Certified QB Accountant Pro Advisor & QB TSheets Pro Elite Partner.
I have clients in USA and India both. If I am adding both clients in my Accountant login, the system doesn't allow me to setup different home currencies. It automatically assumes INR as home currency.

Can anyone help please.

You have to open a QBO Accountant US version to manage QBO US users. If you are not located in the US, you may open it with a dummy data. But make sure only to utilize it to manage your client's account and don't offer any wholesale billing to them. You should ask your client in the US to open and pay the account by them selves, then invite you as their accountant.
