Hello there, @MoH. I appreciate you for posting it here, and providing a screenshot.
Looks like you're using QuickBooks Desktop. The Adobe flash used for QuickBooks is still being worked on by our engineers. We're aware of the Adobe Flash concern and are working on this.
Also, I'd recommend checking the system requirements for QuickBooks Desktop. This ensure you'll have best experience when using the program.
If you're still experiencing an issue when reinstalling QuickBooks, we can use the QuickBooks Tool Hub to fix this.
Follow these instructions to download and install the tool:
From there, let's run the Quick Fix my Program tool from the Tool Hub.
If you're still getting the same result, check out this article for further troubleshooting steps: Learn how to fix any errors you see when you install QBDT.
You can always go back here if you have other concerns, MoH.

Enable Internet Explorer 11
I did, please see the screenshot.
But unfortunately, I am still getting the same message !
Try rebooting your PC and restarting Windows. Then reinstalling your QBD.
I am still able to run QBD 2013 in compatibility mode Win 7 on Win 10 version 20H2.
If your problem still persists, consider upgrading your version as the last resort. You can still purchase the one time license of QBD 2020 or 2021.
I think this issue caused by Adobe flash player !! and till now we can't fix it !!
For your information, the version I am using is 11 Not 13
Bear in mind, you are using an outdated version. If the workaround didn't work, you don't have any option but upgrading your QBD version as I mentioned earlier. You should be aware that Adobe Flash Player has been removed from all supported Windows OS (i.e Win 8.1 or later)
Sure, I am aware that Adobe Flash Player has been removed. and we are expecting Intuit to find a solution or alternative.
Also, I know that the version I am using is an outdated version. however, Intuit shall keep supporting to fix these issues, instead of asking to buy a recent versions as a solution.
Am I right ?
If they call a version outdated, they no longer support it. We as fellow community members can only share a few solutions to explore.
anyway, Thanks @Fiat Lux - ASIA for your cooperation and understanding.
as a last resort, if I want to upgrade the current version. for a one time license QBD 2020 or 2021(Entreprise)
How much is the price?
Another issue, you are not allowed to reactivate any outdated QBD Enterprise version (i.e 2018 or older). If you still prefer to upgrade to Enterprise, you can only purchase a subscription license. Another option, downgrade your file(s) to QBD Pro/Premier to get a 2020 or 2021 one time license. How many user licenses do you need?
For a single user, consider downgrading to QBD Pro/Premier to save your money, unless you need special features that are only available in QBD Enterprise. Contact us in private for assistance.
