There is a integration between quickbook and Salesforce system.
When the query 'select * from item ' is used on item object in quickbook .it shows sku field.
The issue is the sku field is not returned in the response from quickBook.

Hi @Kurt_M ,
There is no error message in the integration response.
If 'select * from item ' query is run within the quickbook it gives sku field values but same thing is implemented by integration the sku field and its values are not available in response.
Possible solution can be:
By default sku field is optional is there any way to make the sku field required so it would be available in response.
Please suggest.
Hi there, vivekcloudcacheconsulting.
In QuickBooks Online, the Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) is used to track the variation of your inventory items. And, for now, the SKU is an optional field since it won't appear on your sales forms.
Also, integrating QuickBooks with Salesforce needs special handling from our Intuit Developer Team. I recommend contacting them so they can help check on the coding of the field.
Here's how to get in touch with them:
I'm adding these articles in case you're monitoring your items and what to do when you're out of stocks.
Don't hesitate to post again if you have additional questions about tracking SKU on your products and services. I'll be right here to provide the information that you need.
Did anybody get a solution to this issue?
Hi there, sdheadusa.
Let me point you in the right direction where you can discuss further connecting your QuickBooks Online (QBO) to the Salesforce system. We have a separate forum where our customers can engage with our developer team about the SKU field.
Here’s how you can post your concern.
