Axis Bank Corporate is not refreshing in Quickbooks

I'm here to ensure you're able to refresh your Axis Bank Corporate account in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @husainsufail. This way, you can keep it updated and manage your transactions accordingly.

Before we start, may I know if you've encountered an error message with your bank? Any additional details are highly appreciated so I can provide the exact resolution for this matter.

Here are some of the possible reasons you're having trouble refreshing your Axis Bank Corporate account in QBO: 

• The bank is performing system maintenance. 
• There are notifications on your bank’s website that need your attention.

When your financial institution performs system maintenance, you can manually update your account. This refreshes the connection between your bank and the program. Here's how:

1. Go to the Banking or Transactions menu.
2. Select  the blue tile for your credit card account.
3. Click the Update button.
4. (Optional) Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

I've attached a screenshot below that shows the first three steps.

Then, you'll have to sign in to your bank website. This is to check your account page for messages or alerts that need your attention.  Once you make changes on the website (i.e., login credentials and account info), you'll have to update QuickBooks as well. Here's how: 

1. Go to the Banking or Transactions menu.
2. Select  the blue tile for your credit card account.
3. Click the Edit icon.
4. Choose either Edit sign-in info or Edit account info.
5. Enter all the necessary details and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

Once your Axis Bank Corporate account refreshes and transactions are downloaded, all you have to do is review and/or match them to the existing entries in QuickBooks.
