It's a pleasure to have you here today, Jamo. We'll help you transfer data from a canceled QuickBooks Online (QBO) company subscription to another company.
When you cancel a QBO account, the data will be available in read-only access for one year from the date of the cancellation. Once it has passed one year, all data from the canceled account will no longer be available. For more details, please see this page: Cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription or trial.

For further guidelines, please see this page: Export reports, lists, and other data from QuickBooks Online.
After exporting all the data needed, we recommend checking this page to help data to your new company file: Common questions about importing data to QuickBooks Online.
In addition, here's an article to help you handle QBO subscriptions: Manage billing, payment, and subscription info in QuickBooks Online.
Don't hesitate to visit the Community space or comment below if you have other questions related to the program. We're always ready to lend a helping hand anytime. Keep safe, and have a good one.
When did you cancel the old account? Less than 1 year?
A little over a year.
Try to resubscribe your canceled account. If you don't have that option, then they have deleted your data.
