It's also possible that your financial institution doesn't connect to all types of accounts (for example, personal accounts vs business accounts) and isn't among the participating banks.
If you can't find your bank when you search, you can do the following:
- Check the spelling. Ensure that the spelling is exactly as it appears on your bank's website.
- Use very specific names to find your bank. If you still can't find anything, look for broader names like "HSBC".
- Enter your bank's URL in the search box. For example, look up "hsbc.com." for HSBC.
- Search for the name of the issuing bank, which is the bank that issued your bank card. "Chase", "HSBC", or "Bank of America" should suffice, but "Visa" may be too generic.
