Let's make sure that you'll be able to update your bank transactions in QuickBooks Online, Sai Krishna Hyderab.
May I know what's the name of your bank? Furthermore, you can manually update your bank to refresh the connection. To do this, you can follow the steps below.
- Go to the Banking menu at the left pane.
- Click on the bank account that you're working with.
- Select on Update.
- If asked, enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials. Then press on Continue update.
If it's not updating, you can try disconnecting the account to double-check if this is related to connection issues. Here's how:
- Go to the Banking menu. Then select the Banking tab.
- Select the tile for the bank account.
- Select the pencil ✎ icon, then select Edit account info.
- Select the Disconnect this account on save checkbox. Note: If QuickBooks is downloading new transactions, you won't see this option. Wait a few minutes for the update to finish and try again.
- Select Save and Close.
Once done, you can reconnect the account. However, if you're still unable to update your account, I suggest contacting our support team so they can double-check what's happening. You can follow the steps below:
- Select the Help menu.
- In the Assistant window, enter Talk to a human.
- Enter your brief concern in the field.
- Type in/click I still need a human until you see the Get help from a human option.
- Choose a way to connect with our support.
