I'd be glad to share some information on how and when the system allows us to delete your data and start over in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
QuickBooks account must be less than 60 days so we can purge your company. Otherwise, resetting your file is no longer available. In your case, you would have to start a whole new subscription and enter all the information from scratch since we're unable to purge your QBO account due to the number of days you've been using the book.
Before that, you can follow these steps on to cancel your current account:

You can export the Chart of Accounts list through Reports to create a backup copy:

After saving it, you can now import it to your new QuickBooks Online account. First, make sure to format the file correctly. You can download our sample spreadsheet to serve as a guide.
From here, you can now upload or import your spreadsheet. Once done, match your fields to QuickBooks fields to make sure your accounts get imported correctly. See this article for detailed guidance: Move your chart of accounts to QuickBooks Online.
