Hi, how to connect banks other than the supported banks by quickbooks.

Let me help you connect your bank other than the supported ones in QuickBooks Online (QBO), afnan.

We can request support from your bank to add them to QuickBooks. Let me guide you on how:

  1. Go to Bookkeeping, select Transactions then Bank transactions.
  2. Click Connect account.
  3. Search for the name of your financial institution. If QuickBooks is unable to find your bank, select 'Still can’t find your bank?'. You may need to scroll down the page to find this.
  4. Enter your Bank name and Bank web address (URL) in the field provided, then select Request.

For additional information, you can click this article: Find your bank or credit card account when you connect to online banking. If you can’t find your bank but still want to add your transactions to QuickBooks Online, you can also manually upload bank transactions. Once the request has been approved, we can now connect it. Here's how:

  1. Go to Bookkeeping, select Transactions, then Bank transactions.
  2. Tap Connect account on the landing page if this is your first time connecting or select Link account if you've already created one.
  3. Search for your bank. You can connect with most banks, even small credit unions. If you can’t find your bank but still want to add your transactions to QuickBooks Online, you can also manually upload bank transactions.
  4. Tap Continue. Then sign into your bank by entering your banking username and password.
  5. Follow the onscreen steps to connect. Your bank may require additional security checks. It may take a few minutes to connect.
  6. Choose any accounts you want to connect like your savings, checking, or credit card. Then choose the matching account type from your chart of accounts in QuickBooks.
  7. Select how far back you want to download transactions. Some banks let you download the last 90 days of transactions. Others can go back as far as 24 months.
  8. Press Connect.

You can check out this article for the steps and details in adding your bank and credit card accounts: Connect bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online. Please refer to this article to view steps on how you can review downloaded bank and credit card transactions by matching or adding them to avoid duplicate entries: Categorise and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Please keep me updated if you have any questions or concerns about connecting with your financial institution. I'll be by your side every step of the way. Take care and have a wonderful day.

Another option, use csv2qbo converter tool as a workaround.
