How can we "push" Quickbooks to support another bank in the UAE (https://business.wio.io/)

The bank is quite innovative and it is a pure online bank. Wondering when it gets connected with Quickbooks - any ideas?

How can we "push" Quickbooks to support another bank in the UAE (https://business.wio.io/)

I recognize the need to support another bank in the UAE for QuickBooks Online (QBO), Mike. Let's ensure you'll have your bank supported in QBO.

To begin with, may I know what is your financial institution or bank? This way, we can have your bank supported in QBO. Also, there are a few possible reasons why you're unable to locate or connect the bank in QBO:

  • Your bank doesn't connect to all types of accounts (for example, personal accounts vs. business accounts)
  • Your bank is not a participating financial institution
  • Search the banking login URL to ensure you are using the exact listing

If you're unable to find your bank after confirming the required details above, you can request support from your bank. Let me guide you on how:

  1. Go to the website of your bank page and copy it.
  2. Then, Go to the Bank transactions page and select the Link account.
  3. Enter the URL of your bank in the search field.
  4. Click Still can't find your bank? or Request support for your bank
  5. Enter your bank's website in the field provided.
  6. Hit Request

For more information about the process, you may visit this article: Find your bank or credit card account when you connect to online banking.

In the meantime, you can import your bank transactions manually while waiting for the bank request's result. To do so, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Banking tab.
  2. Select Browse and choose the file you downloaded from your bank and hit Next.
  3. Select Add New from the drop-down menu to create a new bank account.
  4. Match the columns on the file with the banking fields in QBO and select Next.
  5. Choose Let's Go when you're ready.

For more detailed information, check out this article: Manually upload transactions into QBO.

I've included useful articles that you might use in the future about how to connect banks and what to do if you don’t see your recently downloaded bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

In case you have any follow-up questions about connecting your bank to QBO or anything else related to QuickBooks, feel free to ask me. I'm always here to help you, Mike. Take care!
