Hi,
For the first time, I am trying to connect the SBI Corporate account (vistar) but it is taking too long time to connect, but then eventually it says try after some time. and now this is going since a weeks time. I have tried to search by copying the URL of www.sbionline.com/corporate but couldn't find the exact link for corporate (vistar) account. Instead i have found www.statebankofindia.com. but of no use.
Kindly let me the reason for the same. I have tried by creating new account too.
Hello there, Manish1234.
Let's run some steps to identify why you're unable to connect your SBI account.
To start with, let's try linking your account to QuickBooks on a private window. There are instances that issues like this occurs when the system encounter cache traffic. You may use these keyboard shortcuts to open one:
If it works, you can go back to a regular browser and clear its cache. Once a cache is piled up, it can cause some unexpected happenings on the opened pages like QuickBooks.
You can also switch to a different supported browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge.
Once connected, the system will automatically download the latest transactions. From there, you can categorise them. Here's an article as your guide: Categorise and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.
Let me know how these steps work on your end. Keep safe!
No, it didn't helped. Even after trying by clearing the cache and in private browsing. the error still persist.
Is there anything i can follow up with the SBI bank as they are unware about quick book auto linking with the SBI bank internet banking. So, is there any specific question or technical term which i can ask the bank to correct the error of the same.
