Thank you for reaching out to the Community. Deleting your data depends on how old the account is. If the account is 90days upon sign up, we can purge it. Though, purging your account is only available for QuickBooks Online Plus or Essentials users. However, if you're using Simple start version, I recommend cancelling your account and create a new one.
