Great job on making your first post in the Community forum, solarisyacht. Let me help you go over your bank feed and record those credit card annual fees properly.

We can manually exclude the deposited fee and then clear the transaction recorded in QuickBooks. This way, it disappears from your financial reports or account records. Here's how:

  1. Go to Transactions and select Bank transactions.
  2. Select the For Review tab.
  3. Tick the checkbox of the fee, then click Exclude.

After that, it will be transferred to the Excluded tab, where you can undo or delete it if necessary. See this article for more information: Exclude expenses from downloaded bank transactions.

To clear the transaction in the register, follow the instructions below:

  1. On the left panel, select Transactions, then Chart of Accounts.
  2. Press the View register link of the bank account.
  3. Locate the check to show the options. Under the Reconcile (indicated by a checkmark) column, click the blank field until you see the letter (Cleared).
  4. Press the Save button.
