Is anyone else having issues with their reconciliations disappearing? When I go to reconcile accounts, the "reconciled through date" is way earlier than it should be.

It's not just one or two reconciles getting lost, the "reconciled date" is often dropping back a full year to a year and a half. It's been happening for some time now and wonder if there's anything I can do about it?

Is anyone else having issues with their reconciliations disappearing? When I go to reconcile accounts, the "reconciled through date" is way earlier than it should be.

Displaying the accurate reconciliation date is vital, megadave. I can guide you through troubleshooting to verify the reason behind this odd behavior.

First, review the Audit Log for any changes made to your reconciliation that may cause them to disappear. Follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Audit log.
  3. From the Events dropdown, pick Reconciliations.

Next, let's use an incognito or private window to see if the lost reconciliations exist and if the date appears correctly. This mode doesn't retain cache, so we can confirm a web page issue. Here are the keyboard shortcuts you can use:

  • For Firefox, press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N

If it works, clear the browser's cache to start with a clean slate. You can also use other supported browsers as an alternative to your regular one.
