If you're able to disconnect the bank account using an incognito window successfully, go back to the main browser, then clear the cache. We advise our customers to delete them now and then to prevent issues like this.
Also, you can use a different web browser. It could be the browser you're using has issues with our program.
Then, connect your bank account again.
Once it's reconnected, you can categorise and match online bank transactions.

All these methods dont work
Even i had shared my screen with quickbooks support team.They had wated my 3-4 hours but not able to solve my problems.
In one month I have wasted my 1 week in totality in solving this problem Quickbook support team just wasted my time and my client's precious time.
Total Work is messed up due to this problem
My 5 Clients are not interested in using this subscription.
Every time we disconnect the ICICI Bank only circle revovle round and round for hours .
Please suggest are you able to solve this problem or not.So that I can take decision to shift my clients from quickbook to Tally/Busy.

We recently received a report about being unable to disconnect the ICICI Bank and having an error. Our product engineers are now working to fix this as soon as possible.
At this time, we don’t have a workaround for you to perform. I suggest reaching out to our Support Team again, so they can add you to our notification list. This will help our engineers determine the number of affected users. You'll also receive an update through email once this has been resolved.
