Quickbooks fails to connect to bank after Reconnection request and successful connection to the bank . Tried Private window / other browser - THE Same

After Bank Connection expired, cannot update the bank and the same error comes up that it is expired. Connection to the bank was successful . I tried connecting while on PRIVATE WINDOW and DIFFERENT BROWSER. I go back to Banking and it says the same

Thanks for sharing the steps that you've made to resolve the issue. 

 

Can you share with me if you see any error message when connecting your bank to QuickBooks? Any additional info would be helpful for us in providing you the appropriate solution. 

 

For now, let's try clearing the cache in your regular browser and check if you're able to connect with QuickBooks

 

If the issue persists, you can reach out to our customer support. This way, they can check if there's an issue with your bank and QuickBooks. Then, provide you a fix to resolve your bank reconnection. Here's how you can reach out to them:

 

Option 1

  1. Click the Help icon.
  2. Hit the Contact Us button at the bottom. 
  3. Enter your concern in the description, then click Let's talk or Continue.
  4. Select Get a callback.

Option 2

  1. Click the Help menu in the upper-right hand corner.
  2. Type in "Talk to a human", then press Enter.
  3. Look for I still need a human and click on it.
  4. Click Contact Us.
  5. Select between Send a messageSchedule an appointment, or Get a callback.

 

In the meantime, you can manually upload your bank transactions to QuickBooks Online. This way, we can make sure that you'll have the latest available transactions in your bank register.

 

Once your bank transactions are in, you can now review and categorise them.

Same here, bank account says needs attention, reconnect, going all through the process, success, The Third Party now has access to the account(s) you've selected. You will now be logged out and redirected to their site. Connection complete! and again: 

connect your account

Bank of Ireland (Ireland) - 365 Online
xxx

This account stopped syncing because there's a new way to connect it.

To fix this, go to the bank or account site in the window we open. Sign in, then return here. (350)

 

How to fix this? Last two days trying to reconnect no way.

Thanks for sharing your concern in this thread, @rtexelectronix. I understand the urgency to connect Bank of Ireland accounts in QuickBooks. 

 

Since the issue persists after following the steps shared by my peer above, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team to help check the problem. This way, they can also create a case ticket and request to investigate whenever necessary.
