Irene, I DO appreciate your response and concern; thank you. However, after SEVERAL frustrating conversations, beginning 10/23/24, with-- and assurances from-- LEVEL 1 reps, I'm no longer interested in more, FUTILE TALK. INTUIT'S FAILURE TO REDEPOSIT A-L-L MY MONEY TO MY BANK ACCOUNT within the promised "three to five business days" IS an obvious, INEXCUSABLE BREACH of contract and/or professional conduct!! I FEEL ASSAULTED, DISRESPECTED, NEGLECTED, and HELPLESSLY and HOPELESSLY VIOLATED!!!
