We failed to connect our BOC HK internet banking to the quickbook.
We did contact BOC HK for information, and said that the CBS Business Bank is being phased out the current used internet banking called IGTB. We put all IGTB login detail and try to connect to quickbook and not suceed

Error 103 occurs when the credentials inputted into QuickBooks Online do not correspond to what your financial institution has on file.

We tried several time for inputing login information manually, however, error message 103 as a result.
I think the main idea of the error is BOC HK no longer support CBS login and has changed to IGTB. We tried once to login to the bank account via CBS online, however, the IGTB login detail is not for CBS online and failed.
We confirmed with BOC HK said that CBS online is being phased out, all new users will be asigned to IGTB instead of CBS online.
We are looking forward to QB system update to be connected to the IGTB.
