I have paid payment but not reflected in my account.

I'll make sure the payment you've made will reflect on your account in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @dharmesh-hedaou. This way, you're able to manage your transactions accordingly.

Based on your description of the issue above, it seems that you've created a payment transaction (either paid a suppliers bill or entered a check for your expenses) that didn't show on your bank account. If so, I'd like to know the name of your financial institution. Any other additional details are appreciated so I can provide the exact resolution for the issue.

When you're connected to online banking, QBO automatically downloads your latest transactions. Once some are missing from your online accounts, you can start manually downloading them. This will refresh the connection between your bank and the QBO system. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Banking or Transactions menu.
  2. Select  the blue tile for your credit card account.
  3. Click the Update button.
  4. (Optional) Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

I've attached a screenshot below that shows the first three steps.

Then, in case the downloads seem slow or stuck, the issue may be on the bank’s end. You'll have to sign in to your bank’s website to

check your account page for messages or alerts that need your attention.  Once you make changes on the website (i.e. login credentials and account info), you'll have to update QuickBooks as well. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Banking or Transactions menu.
  2. Select  the blue tile for your credit card account.
  3. Click the Edit icon.
  4. Choose either Edit sign-in info or Edit account info.
  5. Enter all the necessary details and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

I've attached a screenshot below that shows the first four steps.

To know some other troubleshooting steps for banking issues in QBO, you can refer to this article: What to do if you get a bank error or can't download transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Once all your transactions downloads, you'll have to match and/or review them to avoid duplicates and keep your financial data updated. For the step-by-step guide, you can check out this article: Categorise online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Also, I encourage you to reconcile your accounts every month. This will help you monitor your income, expenes, and detect any possible error accordingly. For the detailed steps, you can refer to this article: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.
