Payment issue

Dear Quick Books team.,

 

This is Hareesh Kumar from Sai Sarva Dharma Developers.

We paid ₹8,000/- for QB Subcription Payment doen successfully but my QB shows expired please do the needful. For your reference please find the attached Screenshot

Thank you for posting here in the Community. I can help you get the support you need to get back on track with using QuickBooks.

 

Since you already paid for the subscription, I need to check your account in the system. However, the ability to perform the process is unavailable in this public forum.

 

To verify the payment, I suggest using the Get a callback or Start a chat feature from the Help menu. This way, they can securely access your account and resolve the billing issue promptly.

 

In case you need the steps, here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu at the upper right. 
  2. Choose Contact Us
  3. Enter your specific concern in the What can we help you with? box. 
  4. Click Let's talk
  5. Select Start a Message.
