Hi QB Community! I hope everyone's doing great!
I recently subscribed to a payment portal and to verify my bank account they send 1 cent. I need to reconcile my bank but I have this 1 cent difference. I see it in my bank transaction with the option to "Add", but I don't know under which category I should add it. For a moment I was wanting to add it under "Other Sales", but was hesitant. Any suggestions would be highly appreciate it!
Thanks!

Let me guide you on what you can do to reconcile your account correctly, Rigo.
Those transactions that are showing under the For Review tab are all downloaded from your bank. If these transactions don't exist in your register, you can add them. But if these transactions are showing in your register, they are manually entered. You can match them instead.
If this one (1) cent isn't appearing in your register, you can add it. You can check your bank statement to verify the transaction. Also, I suggest reaching out to your accountant to know what category to use. They are more knowledgeable in terms of the financial records of your company.
