United Bank of India captcha not properly displayed on bank connection page. What to do?

I've got your back, @animish-chavan7-.

The following are possible reasons why the CAPTCHA isn't displaying properly on your Banking page:

  • Browser zoom settings.
  • The piled-up cache in the browser.

I have some steps to help fix the issue you're getting. To start, let's adjust the zoom settings of your browser.

For Google Chrome:

  1. Go to the hamburger icon on the upper right menu.
  2. Select the Zoom option.
  3. Click the minus (-) icon to zoom out and make the page smaller or choose the plus (+) to zoom in and make the page larger.

If you're using Mozilla, please refer to this article for the steps: Unable to see the entire page in QuickBooks Online.

If you're still getting the same outcome, then this can be due to the outdated internet files in your browser. I have a different set of steps to resolve this.

Let's begin by logging in to your account using a private window or an incognito. This can help isolate browser-related issues since it doesn't store any cache.

The following are the shortcut keys you can use to access one:

  • Ctrl+ Shift + N for Google Chrome A63.PNG.
  • Ctrl + Shift + P for Mozilla Firefox A64.PNGand Microsoft Edge A65.PNG.
  • Command + Shift + N for Safari A66.PNG.

Once done, access your Banking page again. If it works fine this time, please go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. This helps to restore the default setup of the browser and refresh the system.

If the issue persists, I recommend using another supported browser instead. This helps ensure you have the best and most secure experience with the program.

In case you're unable to download your transactions or encounter a bank error, you can refer to this article for the fixes: Banking resolutions in QuickBooks Online.

Once everything's fine, you can begin categorizing and matching your entries to ensure they're accounted for correctly and prevent duplicates. Then, you can do your regular reconciliation to make sure your books are accurate.

You can count on me if you have additional questions regarding this. I'd be glad to help you some more.
