If your bank isn't searchable, this means it's not supported. There are also instances when a bank is searchable or supported. but they don't provide connections for all of their account types. Others only provide connections for credit card accounts, but not for savings accounts, etc. You can request support for your bank.
Alternatively, you can download your bank transactions from their website and upload them to QuickBooks. Please check the details and the supported file types in this article: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

If i'm not able to connect bank then also can't do online fund transfer, right? So what's the solution?

Let me clarify things about transferring funds in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Connecting your bank account in QBO means downloading the transactions from your bank to our platform. You can still transfer funds using your online bank account. However, we're unable to process this in the system since we can only record the transfer for you for accounting purposes.
In your case, I suggest downloading your online banking transactions and uploading them manually to QuickBooks Online.
In addition, whenever you see a transaction and you're sure that it's the fund transfer in QuickBooks, you'll want to check this article for many ways to record them in the register: Transfer funds between accounts.
