Let me share some details on why you're unable to connect your bank with QuickBooks Online, @info-indolfin-co.
One of the main reasons you can't link it's because of the system maintenance happening in your bank. If this behaviour continues, I suggest manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online. All you need is a file from your financial institution that you can import in QuickBooks.
Once you've imported the file from your bank, you can then categorise and match online bank transactions.
