About about subscription.

About subscription. The cost is too high for renewal as we already had a account and was paying less. It was deactivated from your end and no one is cooperative in getting us activated. Should we continue or should look for something else. Please respond.

About about subscription.

It isn't the kind of experience that we want you to have, @dais_wc. To turn this around, l'm here to help renew your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription.

If you are referring to the mandate amount of ₹ 36000.00 for three years, this is to allow access to your account as our billing is automated on a monthly basis. Your prepaid subscription is being observed, and this mandate will eliminate the possibility of the payment being cancelled or denied. If you proceed, we can assure you that you’ll only be charged with the exact monthly cost mentioned on the subscription billing.

You can read this article for more information about the mandate amount: Update billing, payment, and subscription info in QuickBooks Online. It also includes the steps if you want to update your payment info along with the troubleshooting you can perform if issues occur.

If you’d like to proceed in renewing your QuickBooks subscription, I’ll walk you through the process.

Here’s how:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks account.
  2. Go to the Gear icon, and select Account and settings.
  3. Click the Billing & Subscription tab.
  4. Select Subscribe or Renew.
  5. Follow the on-screen steps.

You can always click on the Reply button if you need further assistance with managing your QuickBooks Online account. I’ll be around to help.
