Thanks for your reply and the information provided.

When I enter the zip code for Lucerne (6003 in Switzerland) I get that nothing is found. I suspect this search option only works to get in touch with US accounting firms.
Do you know how I can find a Swiss accountant who has experience with Quickbooks?

Before anything else, I'd like to share a few details about your query. Yes, you're right. You can't find your zip code because the company's account is US-based. That said, QuickBooks only detects those zip codes that are under the US region. Also, the link shared above is only applicable if you're looking for a US-based accountant.

If you're planning to transfer your company to other region in the future, I'll help you prepare your data and export them out of QuickBooks. To begin, here's how:

1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
2. Go to the Gear icon
3. Under Tools, select Export Data.
4. On the Reports tab, set the date range.
5. Add or remove items from the Reports and Lists tabs by toggling the slider.
6. Select Export to Excel.
