Can I add another activity in QB? We already have the hostel and would like to add our restaurant too. They are under the same corporation here in Costa Rica.

Yes, you can add another company for your restaurant to your QuickBooks Online account. To do this, you'll need to sign up for a new QuickBooks Online account under the same email or login credentials.

After that, you can log in to one of your QuickBooks Online accounts and switch companies to manage both your hostel and restaurant under the same entity.

To switch:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Under Profile, select Switch Company.
3. From the list, select the company you want to switch to.

You can use QBO Plus (or wait for QBO Advanced in real soon) and use the Location/Class feature to separate transactions.
