Yes, the online certifications can be transferred to a different account or profile. Just make sure that you have access to the ProAdvisor Training page on your new account. Here's how:
- From the left drop-down menu, select ProAdvisor.
- Switch to the Training tab.
After that, you'll have to contact our Customer Care Team to submit a transfer request. One of our specialists will securely pull up your new QBOA account and move the certifications for you. Here's how to connect with us:
- Go to the Help icon.
- In the QB Assistant window, enter "Talk to a human".
- Select Contact Support Team, then enter "transfer QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor certifications " in the search bar.
- Choose No, I still need a human, then click Contact us.
- Click Contact Support Team again, then choose Start a chat.
