How can I add my accountant? I don't see the "my accountant" tap. in the manage user menu...

I'm here to ensure you'll be able to add your accountant to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.

 

Before we start, please know that only the master admin or admin users can invite accountants.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon, then select Manage users.1.PNG
  2. Go to the Accounting firms tab.
  3. Enter your accountant's email address, then click Invite.2.PNG

Once done, your accountant will receive an email invitation and let them accept it. This way, they'll have access to your company file.
