Welcome to the Community, @CRThink.
I've got some insights to share regarding the tax tracking feature in QuickBooks Online International.
The tax tracking feature in the system follows general guidelines. That said, if the Philippines has a region specification for tax tracking, this may or may not be available.
However, QBO allows you to add different types of taxes depending on what is required in your region. This way, you'll be able to apply them to your transactions and pull up reports that contain the tax information.
To add tax rates:
To view the data of the taxes that were applied to your entries, you may click the View reports button on the Tax page and select your desired report. Please see the screenshot attached for your reference:
On the other hand, when it comes to the information needed for the Application for Permit to Adopt / Use Computerized Accounting System
at the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) Philippines, QuickBooks only generates details based on the taxes that you've tracked.
You may reach out to the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) Philippines, to be guided accordingly in this process.

We are in the process complying with the Bureau of Internal Revenue's Computerized Accounting System for our implementation of the Quickbooks Online Plus. We already completed all our requirements, except for one that is the joint Sworn Statement to be signed by both the taxpayer and the System provider, which is Intuit for this purpose. Once this is complied with, we can already get our BIR registration to go-live.
We have submitted the joint Sworn statement for Intuit's signing through the customer support. But we are yet to received the signed document. Problem is we cannot proceed to go-live until we comply all the requirements of the bureau. The good thing is that surely more companies will consider using QBO once we are successful in getting BIR compliance certification for QBO as qualified for Computerized Accounting System. Hope Intuit can help us to fast-track the approval of the joint sworn statement.
Hoping that someone could help us on this.
Thanks for providing details about your application for a permit at BIR Philippines, J1ede-98.
Regarding the approval, I'm unable to pull up an account here in the Community forum. I recommend contacting again the customer support so they can check the joint sworn statement in a secure environment.

Hi MaryLandT,
Thank you for letting us know that someone is attending our concern. Indeed, we followed up with the customer support who's handling our request. We're just waiting for feedback from them. Unfortunate, we cannot go live in using QBO until we get the signed Joint Sworn Statement and submit it to the bureau.
We hope there's a way you can help us fasttrack the signing of the document.
Best regards,
Willy Gagarin
Hi, Willy,
Just would like to know if you were able to secure the approval from BIR regarding the system.
Thanks.
Marlon
Were you able to do the registration? We're currently starting our registration and I'm having a difficulty answering the forms. Can anyone assist me on this? Thanks.
It's nice to see you here in the Community thread, @emilennkate. I'd be happy to point you in the right direction for assistance with filling up the forms.
Completing the registration is a must since this is the first stage of the process. Once you're good with the registration, you can proceed to complete the application permit to adopt/use CAS at BIR Philippines. I recommend contacting the BIR for further guidance on filling up the forms.
