Hello, I passed the certification exam on last try, but the platform says I failed! what should I do?

Congratulations on passing the certification exam. To get the platform reflect your actual result, you can sign out of your account and then log back in. This will refresh the system. You can also use an incognito window or a different browser. Old cache data can sometimes cause a delay in populating updated information.
