I want to officially welcome you to the Community space. It's my pleasure to help you delete your QuickBooks Online Accountant.
If you set up yourself as an accountant using the same email address with your regular account, you can't remove it unless you transfer the Master Administrator of the account. You can transfer it to your accountant or create a dummy email account and add it as a new member in your QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA) account. Once done, log in to your QBOA account as a Master Administrator. Then, follow these steps to transfer its role:
This will send an email invitation to the user. Once accepted, the role of Master Administrator will be transferred. You can now login back to your QBO account and remove the accountant from there.
However, if you're still unable to remove your accountant's profile, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Support Team. They have tools that can check your account securely and cancel the accountant's subscription.

In case you want to subscribe to a new QBO account, you can use a different email address and username password. If you use the same email and password upon signing up the accountant's profile will still show up.
