I have been a user of quick books for few years now. This is the first time ever i have seen such a POOR response from Quick books India team. When i try to reach someone over their Bangalore land line seeking for sales support sadly no one picks up the phone. When i go online & say lets chat, the chat window after taking all my details goes into wilderness. when i write an email to head of communications from his publicly available email address, no response. when i write to publicly available customer service they show the standard steps written in manual which unfortunately does not work., when i again try my luck by selecting online subscription renewal and try using card or net banking it deducts nominal amount and tells payment failed. What is happening with QUICK BOOKS do youll understand how troubled are your customers. today my account is not renewed and i cant make invoices

Very bad customer support for quick books, even im facing the issue, they dont answer to call and email
and over this live chatting, they provide articles only, they are not able to answer to the questions and issues we are facing.
i suggest everyone dont subscribe to quickbooks anymore, you will be in trouble future when it is coming for renewal or any other issue
