I am writing to inquire about the possibility of extending my QuickBooks evaluation period. Because of my workload, which includes both my primary employment and freelance teaching responsibilities, I have not yet fully explored the features and functionality of QuickBooks.
Currently, I use Google Calendar for scheduling student appointments and Buy Me a Coffee for receiving donations and monthly subscriptions. However, I am seeking a more professional, organized, and streamlined solution to manage my business finances. QuickBooks seems to offer the capabilities I need, but I would like additional time to evaluate its suitability for my specific requirements.
As you may have noticed, I have not yet used this QuickBooks account. I am currently taking courses in Udemy to learn more about accounting, as I do not have a background in the subject. My primary goal is to provide invoices to my students on a recurring basis (e.g., every 30, 60, 90, or 120 days).
I understand QuickBooks offers payment processing capabilities. Could you please confirm whether it is possible to include a payment link in online invoices sent via email, allowing clients to pay using their preferred method? If so, this would enhance the convenience and efficiency of my billing process.
Given that I am just starting out, I would appreciate any discounts or promotional offers available for basic QuickBooks subscriptions. I am open to quarterly, semi-annual, or annual billing options.

Concerning your first question about whether QBO includes payment links in the invoices sent via email, the answer is yes. However, this feature is available in QBO US and Canada only. If you have this subscription, you'll need a QBO Payments or Merchant Service account to use the said feature. Otherwise, you may consider finding a third-party app in the App Center to send invoices with payment links via email.
