Thank you for posting here in the Community, @bhaktiservices20. You got me. I'll help you resolve your issue.
 

You can perform basic browser troubleshooting to load websites faster. This helps refresh website preferences that might be causing problems when you use and update QuickBooks.
 

Here's the following steps:
 

  1. Restart your browser.
  2. Clear your browser's cache.
  3. Add Intuit as a trusted site.

After you perform the basic browser troubleshooting, you can review the billing information to confirm that it has been successfully updated. From there, you can view your subscription information, including products you are subscribed to and your subscription status.
 

To access the billing information page:
 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Account and settings.
  3. Then Billing & Subscription.
