Why in my QuickBooks accountant version, I have training tab on navigation panel instead of ProAdvisor tab? why don't I have advanced certification option?

Currently, there is no ProAdvisor program available for the QuickBooks Online Accountant Global version. This is why you only see the training tab on the navigation panel. 

For now, you can look for other third-party certificate providers that offer exclusive training for QuickBooks. You can explore these options to enhance your skills and knowledge.
