Will the balance be included?
I'll make sure you'll get the help you need, @hannaBee12. I know how important it is to import general ledger entries in QuickBooks Online.
If you are asking about the Bank balance, make sure the online banking is connected to QuickBooks Online. The balance will show in the bank tile. However, if you are referring to the balance for each entry you imported, you can add, match and categorize bank transactions to add them to the bank register. This way, you can see the balance for each entry.

After you match or add downloaded transactions, they're recorded into QuickBooks. You can review your work and make sure everything is correct in this article: Categorise and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.
