I'll show you how to export your QuickBooks Online (QBO) data, Kalpesh. The steps to do this are pretty quick.

Before we start, below are the following reports and lists you can export from QBO:

• Reports: General Ledger, Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, Journal.
• Lists: Customers, Employees, Suppliers.

To export your report or list, you can refer to these steps:

1. In QBO, go to the Gear (Settings) icon at the top right.
2. Under Tools, click Export Data.
3. On the Reports tab, set the date range.
4. Add or remove items from the Reports and Lists tabs by toggling the slider.
5. Select Export to Excel.
